Come join Bitfusion at the Nimbix Developer Summit 2016 this year in Dallas, TX, which is coming up on March 15, 2016.
In our presentation at 3pm, titled “Heterogeneous Architectures: A Survey and Overview For Developers”, we will be exploring the divergence of software programming models and contrast them against the latest developments in the hardware space. In particular we will be investigating the variety of heterogeneous hardware accelerators which are emerging to combat the decreasing pace of transistor scaling. For each architecture we will be evaluating optimal workloads, the available programming models, the maturity of the eco-system, and provide examples and resources on getting started. We will also cover several new architectures which are just now emerging as well as those which may be just around the corner. Since this a developer focused talk, we will tie all of this together and discuss how it impacts you as a developer.
Finally, we will also be making announcements of new product offerings this week. Wait until the summit to find out what it entails.
